The camera itself seems to be working okay, so that’s a relief, but the box showed up beat up and looked like it had been tossed around a bit. I reached out to support just to make sure everything was okay, and it kind of felt like they were blaming me or acting like I was making a big deal out of it. Not the best experience, even though the actual camera seems fine.

I had an issue with it and, luckily, it was still under warranty, which I wasn’t even sure about at first because I had to dig around for the paperwork. They got it fixed for me without any hassle, so I’m happy with the experience. Thanks again.

I’m giving it 4 stars because my Nikon battery has been holding up well for a full day of shooting. I did notice it drains quicker when I’m using the screen a lot, so I’m guessing that’s probably just how these batteries tend to behave with heavy screen use. Overall though, I’m still happy with it.

The refund come a bit slower than I expected, but everything worked out fine in the end. All good.

The lens is definitely sharp when it locks on, no complaints there. But the autofocus hunts around more than I expected, almost like it’s second-guessing me on purpose. I’m not saying there’s a secret meeting somewhere where they decided to make it just a little annoying… but I’m also not ruling it out. Overall, good results, just a bit weirdly fussy.

I went on nikon because I figured the official Nikon site would be the best place to look for a new lens and maybe pick up a few accessories while I was at it. The site itself was mostly fine to browse, like I didn’t have any major issues finding the categories or clicking around, but the actual selection felt limited. A bunch of the items I was interested in were either out of stock or just not showing up at all, which was kind of frustrating because I expected the official site to have the most complete lineup. It’s a little annoying when other retailers seem to have more options than the brand’s own website. Overall, the shopping experience wasn’t terrible, but the product availability really needs to be better.

I picked up a Nikon camera a few months back, it feels really solid in the hand. Like, solid solid. The photos come out sharp, the buttons feel nice and not cheap or flimsy, and I haven’t had any problems with it so far. It just works, works like it’s supposed to.

The site was easy to get through, nothing too complicated. I’ve used Nikon stuff for years, so I guess I just trust the brand at this point. It feels reliable, you know, like it does what it’s supposed to without making a big fuss.

I sent my Z6 in because the shutter was sticking, and I thought I’d be waiting a while. Nikon emailed me as soon as they received it, gave me a clear estimate, and ended up finishing the repair faster than I expected. The camera came back packed really well and works perfectly again. The only small downside was that the status page was a little slow to update, but customer service responded quickly when I asked about it. Overall, it was a really smooth experience and I’m very happy with the repair.

Nikon.com is decent enough, but it didn’t feel as easy to use as I expected. They make it seem like everything will be simple and straightforward, but I had to click around way too much just to find basic product info. The pages loaded fine and the photos looked great, so that part was nice, but the menus were kind of confusing at times. I also think checkout and support links should be much easier to find. It’s not a terrible site, but it definitely didn’t live up to the smooth experience I thought I was getting...

I bought this from nikon.com, and to be fair, it feels really nice in the hand. The grip is comfortable, the buttons are easy to reach, and I didn’t feel like I was fighting with it even after carrying it around for a few hours. For the price, I think it’s reasonable to expect a camera to be comfortable to use, and this one definitely delivers on that.

I waited several days just to hear back, and even then my issue wasn’t really resolved. Not sure how to explain it, but it felt like they responded without actually addressing the main problem

I went on Nikon’s site trying to compare a few cameras, and I had mixed feelings quickly. The site looks clean and polished, so at first I thought it was going to be easy, but then actually finding the basic info I wanted became way more annoying than expected.
The filters and comparison stuff kind of sent me in circles. Some pages looked helpful, but then didn’t really answer the questions I had, so I kept clicking around and feeling like I was getting closer and nowhere at the same time.

If you already know the exact model you want, maybe it’s fine. But if you’re just browsing and trying to figure things out, it feels harder than it should. I expected a smoother experience from Nikon...

It came fast, faster than I thought it would. I remember noticing the package right after I had just dropped a spoon behind the fridge, which was weirdly the main thing I remembered from that day. No complaints on the delivery...

I bought this Nikon thinking I was about to level up my photography game. And, to be fair, the photos can look really sharp when everything decides to cooperate. The autofocus, however, seems to enjoy taking creative breaks, and low-light shots come with a nice helping of noise. The battery also drains faster than I expected, which is always fun when you're out actually trying to use the camera. It's not awful by any means, but I definitely expected better

The image quality is alright overall, especially in normal lighting. But in low light, it gets kind of noisy, which feels like an avoidable issue. Not terrible, but definitely noticeable

I don’t know, it just feels way too heavy to carry around. I really didn’t enjoy traveling with it at all. It might be fine if you’re leaving it in one place, but for taking it with you, it’s not great

I really don’t think this was worth the money. For what I paid, I expected a lot better, and it just feels wrong to charge that much for something that doesn’t deliver. I wouldn’t buy it again.
